This privacy policy describes how Anivé (Collectively and hereinafter referred to as “Anivé”, “Us”, “W”, “Our”) collect, use, share, protect or otherwise process your information and personal data through the Platform, www.aniveathleisure.com. 

By visiting this Platform and providing your information or accessing the Platform and doing any act not limited to buying products on the Platform, you are expressly agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions and all the other policies and the rules, regulations and guidelines that come with it. 1. Personal Information collection

This may include information used to set up an account and register you with the Platform, place an order on the Platform, communicate queries and other such activities.

Shopping information is also collected from the items browsed, added to cart and saved onto the Platform along with customer service requirements and the information given by you during communications.

   1. Anivé Athleisure is in a constant endeavour to provide its Users with the best possible experience on the Platform and in its services. We use your personal information to operate the Platform, conduct basic business tasks, develop and improve our products and services on the Platform.

   2. You agree and acknowledge that the rights are not absolute and apply in certain circumstances and certain cases and as permitted by law. 
   3. You have the right to access the personal information that you have shared on the Platform and the information we store about you. 
   4. You also hold the rights to delete or correct any information which might be inaccurate or false, by placing a request for the same with the Platform.
   5. You understand that you have the rights to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information. 
   6.  You have the right to opt out of the non-essential communications which include and are not limited to, targeted advertisements, promotional emails and unsubscribe from any such emailing lists at any given time. Such opt out options may be not be available for essential communications regarding account and orders placed on the Platform and complaints and query communications.

   1. We may collect information about Platform interaction and information regarding Platform access and account. We may utilise Cookies and other technology for such collection of data regarding usage.

   3. Cookies are small text files placed by the Platform used to power the Platform more efficiently and to collect and process data for proving a good experience on the Platform. The Platform uses Cookies to improve and run the Platform with better understanding of the user interactions and the optimization of the services provided.

7. Information From Third Parties

   1. Anivé Athleisure may collect and obtain information from third parties including vendors, service providers and logistics providers for the overall business management, account handling and other reasons. 
   2. You acknowledge that payment aggregators who collect payment information may share your payment information in order for us to complete the orders and fulfil the requested services from our Platform. 
   3. You further agree that companies who may support our Platform and services such as Shopify, may share information collected during interaction using technologies for such collection.

8. Third Party Platforms and Links

   1. Certain content, products and services available via our Platform may include materials from third-parties and links to other sites. Inclusion of any such links or references to Third- party Platforms does not imply directly or indirectly any endorsement or support to the content or any material on such platforms or of their owners, operators or users.
   2. All such Third -party sites are independent of Anive’s Platform and we are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other information, materials, products, or services of third-parties.
   3. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. Anivé does not accept or endorse or reflect any such beliefs held by Third- party websites. The User is solely responsible for reviewing their policies and terms 
   4.  We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. The User is responsible to protect himself/herself/themselves while accessing or associating with any such Thirdparty site. 
   5. Anivé shall not be responsible for any complaints, claims, concerns or questions regarding any aspects or services or products on Third- party websites and the user shall make and direct all and any complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products, to the third-party.

9. Consent

   1. By visiting and/ or using the Platform and/ or by providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of the information you disclose on the Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to your consent for sharing your information as per this privacy policy. 
   2. You agree and understand that this Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions which you unequivocally agree to by visiting and accessing this Platform. All actions on this Platform will be governed by this Privacy Policy along with the Terms and Conditions and Return and Exchange Policy, other rules, regulations, and guidelines that come with this 
   3.  If you disclose and share any information relating to other people, you impliedly represent to us that you have the authority to do so and the usage of such information data provided by you, will be done in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 
   4. You agree that any information given while using the Platform may be used to contact you through various channels such as instant messaging, email id, SMS, calls for the purposes specified in the Policy and the Terms.

You will have the option to withdraw consent to process personal data and information by writing to hello@aniveathleisure.com, with the subject line of your communications stating “Withdrawal of the consent for processing personal data and information”. This withdrawal of consent will not be retroactively applicable and will be processed after verification of such request by us. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to you for any services that the Platform provides to which the processing of such information withdrawn was necessary.

10. Security And Retention of Information

    1.  The security and safety of your data is important to us at Anivé Athleisure and therefore we use and adopt reasonable security practices and procedures in line with good security standards to ensure the security of your data.
    2. You acknowledge that no method of electronic storage or the transmission of your information is not fully secure due to technological limitations beyond the scope of our control. There are inherent risks to security during transmission of data over the internet and it is impossible to provide complete security for the data. Therefore, we recommend you to take all necessary precautions while accessing the Platform. Please do not use insecure channels and disclose unnecessary confidential and sensitive information.
    3. We retain your information based on the requirement we hold to maintain and run your account, provide you with services on the Platform and to comply with legal requirements.

11. Children’s Data

    1. Use of Platform is allowed only by persons who can be legally bound by a
       contract and not intended to be used by children. We do not knowingly solicit or collect or use any personal information of children who are aged below the age of 18 years. Any disclosure of any information pertaining to a child by any person, represents that they have the authority to do such act.
    2. The Platform can be reached by a parent or a guardian of the child, under the contact information of hello@aniveathleisure.com, for the express request to delete any personal information devolved regarding a child. The Platform will comply with such request after verification within reasonable time. 

12. User Generated Content

    1. The Platform may enable you to post comments, feedbacks, submit pictures and videos as reviews and other user generated content and submissions. You have full responsibility and liability for the submissions and content generated by you and posted on the Platform. This content may be accessible to everyone in the public. 
    2. Anivé will have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that has been uploaded or submitted by you for any reason on the Platform.
    3. Anivé has no control over the information or content posted or submitted onto the Platform. Anivé cannot ensure that other parties will not misuse or utilize such information or content posted or submitted on the Platform. 
    4. We also have the sole discretion to remove after we determine any content, comments, feedback or submissions by you as unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable in general or of these Terms.

13. Do Not Track Option

    1. You agree and acknowledge that some web browsers use the “Do not track” feature and these features are not yet universally and uniformly applied across all web browsers and throughout the internet. The Platform may or may not respond to these signals. Anivé Athleisure does not have any responsibility or liability over any such events occurred or acts done by any person or Thirdparty in continuance with the “do not track” feature.

It is your sole responsibility to periodically check the Privacy Policy for changes. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date or place a notice on the Platform or send notice through email or take any other steps required by applicable law.
