Anivé Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered. Our returns and exchanges are quick, easy, and hassle-free—no complicated processes, no unnecessary questions.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Click [here] to start your return or exchange. Simply enter your email and order ID.
  1. We will process your request promptly and keep you updated every step of the way.
  1. Send the product(s) back to us in their original condition.
  2. Tags must remain attached, and receipts should be kept safe. No returns will be accepted without them.
  3.  Please upload image proof while requesting a return/exchange.
  4. We encourage you to use the Anivé packaging when returning your product
  5. You have 14 days to return or exchange your item.
  1. Refunds will be processed for the full amount (excluding any shipping fee, if applied). We’ll initiate your refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned product (in its original condition).
  2. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days (as per banking norms).
  3. Items purchased under any offers are only eligible for exchanges, not returns.
  4. Self-Shipping: If our courier partners do not support reverse pickup in your area, you will need to ship the item back to us. Please reach out, and we’ll provide the return address. (We’ll reimburse up to ₹150 for shipping costs.)



Refunds

Refunds at Anivé are quick and seamless—here’s what to expect:

  • You’ll receive updates on the status of your refund as soon as we receive the returned item.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

     Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

     UPI/Other Digital Payments: Refunds will be credited within 2-5 business days.

     Gift Cards & Store Credit: If you used store credit or a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Note: Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider

 

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items marked final sale or clearance
Customized or personalized products
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear)

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time:
Check your bank or payment provider—processing times vary.
Contact your bank or payment provider to confirm if the transaction is pending.
