 How to Measure Yourself

✔ Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape relaxed.
✔ Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
✔ Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
✔ Shoulder: Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other, across the upper back.
