Our primary goal is to ensure a constant endeavour to satisfy and provide all our customers with quality products.
- The returns and exchange policy provides you the option to return and exchange the products purchased on the Platform when the request is initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- It is imperative to have a Registered Account on the Platform for exchanges and returns.
- All applicable refund and store credit will be activated post successful pick up and processing of the original item.
- Refund will be made to the original method of payment used by you during purchase. If Cash on delivery is used, the refund will be in the form of Store Credit, to be reflected on the account you hold on the Platform.
- The processing time for all returns and exchanges will be 7-10 working days. However, all exchanges and returns are subject to the availability of the stock and serviceability of your location.
- All tags on the products must be kept intact and maintained for valid returns and exchange processing. The delivery agent may do a quality check at your doorstep before accepting the product for return or exchange.
- Anivé would appreciate return of the packaging that the product arrived in support of their endeavour to provide sustainable and environment friendly products to all its customers.
- All the products are to be kept clean and unused with no damages. The product will be eligible for a return or exchange only when the returned product is in perfect condition. Anivé reserves the right to decide the whether or not any such product passes to be in perfect condition.
- Each order made by you is eligible for only one exchange, careful review of the product before the request for return or exchange is placed is of utmost essence.
- An item cannot be exchanged for multiple products. One item can be exchanged for only one other item. Any difference between the original bill amount and the total amount payable on exchange, the excess amount will be credited back to your original method of payment in cases of online and card transactions. In case of cash on delivery, the excess amount will be credited to your account as Store Credit to be reflected on your account on the Platform.
- Products purchased on sale/offer will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Products purchased on a sale/ offer will be eligible for return. The refund will be initiated and processed within 7-10 days. The refund amount will be credited to the account as Store Credit for future purchases.
- The products purchased during Buy 1 Get 1 Offer or a Clearance sale will not be eligible for an exchange and are not returnable.
- An additional fee of Rs. 150 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Only) will be charged for size exchanges and returns for the first time. Anivé does not charge additional fees for the pick-up and delivery of the products exchanged/returns in case the product has been damaged or is defective.
- Exchange of a product and delivery of the replacement will be at the same address where the original delivery was made by Anivé. No change in delivery address will be allowed during exchanges.
- Products like innerwear and lingerie items will not be eligible for returns or exchange due to the nature of its use.
- Anivé has the sole discretion and reserves the right to restrict or cancel the exchange or the return of the items purchased on the Platform in case of any misuse or violation of policy or for any other reason it deems fit.
